We are compliant with the Can Spam Act of 2003, which regulates to use of email and email programs to cut down the use of commercial spam. Readycampaigns maintains a very strict anti-spam policy (see terms) and provides email marketing services only to companies communicating with their established customers and subscribers. The use of third-party, purchased, rented or harvested email lists is not allowed. These type of lists damage delivery rates and these policies allow us to maintain consistently high delivery rates for all Readycampaigns customers.
Readycampaigns has established a strong reputation within the marketing industry as an advocate for email marketing “best practices.” We strive to maintain positive relationships with all majors ISPs, as well as hundreds of smaller providers. We do this to ensure that your email reaches its destination without any problems.
Readycampaigns takes email delivery and preventing spam very seriously. Here are a few ways we keep response rates high:
1. All Readycampaigns accounts are monitored for spam usage. The accounts of users who spam are immediately terminated.
2. All spam complaints and reports of abuse are immediately investigated. We act assertively to ensure our ability to send and deliver email is not compromised.
3. We maintain automated “Spam Complaint Feedback Loops” with ISPs both large and small.
